Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we operate under a strict "no refunds" policy, except in the specific circumstances outlined below. 1. Core Policy: Digital Products are Non-Refundable
All sales of digital downloads (including predicted papers, mark schemes, and related resources) are final and non-refundable upon purchase and download.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have selected the correct product (subject, exam board, tier) before completing their purchase.

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital product is made available for immediate download. As we cannot verify whether the product has been used, copied, or distributed, standard refunds are not possible.

2. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Products
We will issue a full refund or replacement only in the following cases:

Technical Fault: The file you received is corrupted, unopenable, or demonstrably incomplete, and the issue is verified by our team.

Incorrect Product: You were provided with a product that does not match the description on the product page you purchased from (e.g., you bought "AQA Physics" but received "Edexcel Chemistry").

To request a refund under these conditions:

Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

For technical faults, you may be asked to provide a screenshot as evidence.
All requests are reviewed at our discretion, and we will respond within 5 working days.

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for:

Change of Mind or accidental purchase after the download link has been accessed.

Insufficient Preparation Time if purchased close to an exam date.

Dissatisfaction with Prediction Accuracy. Our papers are practice resources based on expert analysis; they are not guarantees of exam content.

Copyright Infringement or Policy Violation. Any attempt to share, resell, copy, or otherwise distribute your purchased digital files will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access without a refund.

4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under Section 2:

It will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your financial institution.

All associated payment processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Buyer
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

You have read the product description, exam board, and tier information.
