Instant Digital Delivery
All products sold on GCSE MOCK UK are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped or mailed.

Delivery Method and Timing: Upon successful payment, your order is processed automatically. Your digital products are delivered instantly via email to the address you provided at checkout. You should receive your access email within 10 minutes of completing your purchase.

The Delivery Email: Your delivery email will contain a secure, unique download link to your purchased files. For your security and to prevent unauthorised sharing, this email is the only way to access your order.

If You Do Not Receive the Email: First, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

If you cannot locate your download email after 15 minutes, please take the following steps:

To facilitate a prompt resolution, please ensure that your full name and order number are included in your submission.

Incorrect Email Addresses: Occasionally, a customer may accidentally enter an incorrect email address at checkout. Our system sends the download link only to the email address provided. If you suspect this has happened, please contact us immediately. We will verify your purchase details and, upon confirmation, will resend the link to the correct email address.

We aim to respond to all support requests and resend links within 48 hours during standard business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT/BST).

As our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, no handling times, and no postal delays. You receive the materials required for your revision within moments of purchasing.
